A message dated May 11, 2004, was read stating the Senate has failed                                
to concur in the House amendment to CSSB 382(CRA) am, namely:                                       
                                                                                                    
     CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 382(CRA) am H                                                           
     "An Act relating to replat approval; relating to the platting of                               
     right-of-way acquired through eminent domain proceedings; and                                  
     providing for an effective date."                                                              
                                                                                                    
and respectfully requests the House to recede from its amendment.
